The Best
Detective games are at their best when they do not simply put a glowing marker over the next clue. The strongest mysteries make us listen to witnesses, compare statements, inspect crime scenes, reconstruct timelines, and sometimes accuse the wrong person because our own theory was bad.
Guides
In Sherlock Holmes Chapter One, we can find and clear out Bandit Lairs for extra rewards. There are five of them in total, one in each major district of Cordona. They become available after the A Master of Disguise case, and fighting in all five also unlocks the Daredevil achievement. The tricky part is finding the entrances, so here is where every Bandit Lair is located.
Walkthroughs
The story of Sherlock Holmes Chapter One follows a much younger Sherlock Holmes as he returns to his childhood home on Cordona to uncover the disturbing truth behind his mother's death. I have put together a detailed walkthrough covering the main story, investigations, clues, optional cases, and collectibles. I have also completed the sections that were missing from the original guide, but kept those additions more concise so the walkthrough does not turn into an endless checklist.
